Where is your office located?

   I am located in Columbus, OH but service clients throughout the United States. Most of our communication can be done via email, text, over the phone, and if you want a more " in-person" feel we can set up a video chat. Local clients are welcomed to meet at a local coffee shop or restaurant.

Do you charge a fee?

   That's the best part, there are no initial fees! Travel agents are paid a commission for the travel packages and products we sell. When you book on your own, the company you book with earns the commission. When you book with me, I earn the commission.  However, putting together the perfect vacation package can be time consuming, therefore I ask for serious inquiries only. In the event you decide to make changes to any portion of your confirmed arrangements prior to departure or during your trip, I will do my best to assist you, but a $25 fee will be assessed per change (after two free changes) to compensate for time and research. Please be advised that due to Vendor(s) policy(ies) and/or time restraint(s), certain bookings may not be able to be changed. First two changes made to a confirmed booking are free of charge.

*Note: Change fee also applies quote requests after the initial quote is sent. Once you receive your initial quote,  you may request ONE additional quote may be requested for the same relative dates free of charge.

I’ve never worked with a travel agent before. What's the process?

  Booking with Vacations Handled by Ciera Renea is a simple process:

1. Complete the online Travel Interest Form

2. We will have a quick chat, via phone call, text or video chat, to go over your travel needs and expectations

3. I will research your options and provide you with a customized travel quote with 2-3 options via email (please allow up to 72hrs for completion)

4. Choose one of the options or request another proposal. *Please be advised that I cannot guarantee pricing without a deposit. Airline prices change almost daily, so your package price could change at any time. Some suppliers may allow me to hold a reservation but generally only for 24hrs

5. You complete, sign & return the required booking forms

6. Submit Initial Deposit or Full Payment *Payment Plans are available with advanced booking! Options will provided with quote. Note that some suppliers will have different final payment date requirements than others

How do I make a deposit or payment?

   You will authorize your credit/debit card payments using a payment authorization form within a secure client portal. I will process your payment directly with the supplier. For example, if you are booking a Carnival Cruise, once you authorize your payment, Carnival Cruise Line  will be paid directly. I do not accept any trip payments directly.
 

Do you book group travel?

   Yes! Do you have an upcoming conference for your business, a student trip or family reunion? I can handle the details and ensure that you have access to group seating, accommodations, and discounts. 

I'll put together a package tailored to exactly what you or your group not only wants, but needs and on a budget suitable for everyone!  
 

Are you affiliated with a MLM company?

   Absolutely not! Multi-Level Marketing, also called pyramid selling, is a marketing strategy for selling products and services where revenue of the MLM company is derived from a non-salaried workforce selling the company’s products or services, and participant earnings are derived from a pyramid-shaped compensation system.  I am not affiliated with any pyramid selling, network marketing, or referral marketing companies.

   My travel company is however affiliated with a national award-winning host travel agency which allows me to offer exceptional service for my clients and work directly with notable and reputable companies that support the travel agent community.
 

Can I contact the supplier?

   If you book your vacation with Vacations Handled by Ciera Renea, you should always try to communicate with me first. Although some customer service numbers will be provided, in the event you encounter an issue, I will likely be able to resolve it faster as I have access to supplier Business Development Managers who can help escalate matters for quick resolution. Please contact me if you are having any issues, even if your issue is with me. I want to help in any way possible.  
 

I still prefer to book my own travel, but I have trouble finding/planning things to do while on vacation. Can you still help me?

   Absolutely! I here to help you with any of your travel needs, even if it's just finding things to do! From guided tours and excursions, to theme parks tickets, restaurant suggestions, even historical landmarks and places to take Instagram worthy photos... Consider it handled!
